Thaís Béjar is a Partner in the Corporate practice of our firm, an area of law in which she has participated in the Firm since 2017, with a particular focus on corporate, contractual, foreign investment, commercial arbitration and implementation of corporate governance structures in family businesses.

 

Has advised several projects for the orientation and promotion of legal tools regarding the good corporate practices, both locally and nationally.Within her practice, she has also advised on foreign investment matters to various foreign clients seeking to establish their business within the national territory, among which stand out, companies dedicated to software development.

Thaís has also participated in some semesters as an assistant professor on the Comparative Law course, alongside with Mr. Edgardo Muñoz, at the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Guadalajara. 
Her broad commitment to her work and to her team has led her to become a fundamental element for our firm.

Thaís highlights in the following success cases: 

  • Legal advisory to an important international brewery for its daily operations, as well as the supervision of the compliance of its corporate obligations;

  • Consulting, evaluation, coordination and negotiation, among other, in accordance with all legal matters related to a highly important national event in technology matter;

  • Negotiation and implementation of a trade secrets’ manual for an important international company which its main activity is the packing of different products;

  • Coordination, negotiation and implementation of all the legal requirements to the incorporation and operation of several companies related to the food industry in the country;

  • Participation as legal consultants in the incorporation of the civil association specialized in the empowerment of the entrepreneur women in the country; and,

  • Elaboration, coordination and implementation of a manual of compliance with obligations arising from the Anti-Money Laundering Act for real estate companies in the area.
