Nancy has held various roles in the public sector, especially in the field of human rights and justice. She has worked as an advisor in the Executive Secretariat of the National Electoral Institute, in the Coordination of Advisors of the Presidency of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation, in the Legal Consultancy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in the Coordination of the National Digital Strategy. Her work has focused on constitutional law, gender, non-discrimination, the rights of indigenous peoples, and other vulnerable groups. Currently, at VILA, she serves as the head of the office in La Paz, BCS.
