Throughout his career, he has collaborated both in law firms and in the corporate sector, participating in contentious proceedings and advising on the comprehensive protection of intangible assets.

He also possesses experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in amparo proceedings, oriented towards ensuring legal certainty and the comprehensive legal protection of companies from various sectors.

As part of his professional training, he served as a Intern in the legal department of a multinational company leading the agrochemical industry, which allowed him to acquire a practical vision regarding the management and protection of intellectual property rights in the business sphere.

He is currently working as a Junior Associate at the firm VILA, where he is responsible for the surveillance, protection, and litigation of the firm’s distinctive signs. Likewise, he is part of the team in charge of managing trademark registration procedures at both the national and international level, as well as providing strategic advice on intellectual property matters, focused on the defense and protection of our clients’ rights.
