Priscilla Talavera is an Associate of the firm, with more than 5 years of experience advising clients in the areas of corporate law, corporate litigation and intellectual property, both national and international. 

Priscilla graduated from Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mixcoac, in Mexico City. 

Her experience also includes advising in the realization and legal implementation of business projects focused on providing immediate solutions to companies belonging to the private sector, as well as providing legal counsel in several contentious proceedings of civil, commercial law and Amparo lawsuits. 

She is an associate professor of commercial contracts and oral litigation techniques in commercial matters at the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara and is currently part of the litigation team in industrial property matters, where she provides defense strategies and legal action related to the subject.

 

Priscilla excels in the following aspects:

  • Development of strategies for the protection of industrial property rights owned by major international companies. 
  • Corporate advice in negotiation with businessmen at national and international level, as well as the drafting of several contracts with corporate strategies for the development of business. 
  • Legal advice to the most important business groups in the country for the development of defense strategies in civil, commercial, corporate and amparo litigation.  
  • Legal advice to important groups of real estate developers for their daily operations, as well as supervision of compliance with their corporate obligations. 
  • Instrumentation and corporate advice in the incorporation and daily operation of several companies in the hotel sector in the country.

2021 

Recognition issued by the Mexican Bar Association, Jalisco Chapter, Civil Association, for participation in the draft proposal addressed to the Judiciary Council of the State of Jalisco, with questionable issues to be taken into account in the implementation of online trials in daily civil justice.
