Karim Francisco Martínez Lizárraga, is originally from the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa, he is currently the notary public headliner of the notary 22 in Baja California Sur.

In 1998 he started his law firm in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, attentive to litigious and corporate matters; until 2006, after being examined, received the 22 notary Notary Public patent in the State of Baja California Sur.
